Report of the Senior Licensing Enforcement Officer

Purpose of Report

To consider an application for a review of a Premises Licence in accordance with section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003 (“the Act”) made by Northamptonshire Police (“the Applicant”) in respect of a premises license held by Mr. Farhad Kadir Hamad Amin with regard to O&K European Supermarket, 99-101 Kettering Road, Northampton, NN1 4AU. (“the Premises”). This is a shop premises in the Kingsthorpe area of Northampton.

Recommendation

1.1  It is recommended that the Sub-Committee consider the application for premises licence review put before them under the prevention of crime and disorder licensing objective.
