Agree Head of Terms for a cooperation
agreement between West Northants Council and North Northants
Council which may be used if the highways contract is awarded to
the same organisation.
If the highways contract is awarded to the
same organisation, then a Variant is likely to enable the best
value solution by enabling some cooperation between the
authorities. In this case a cooperation agreement will be required
to formalise the terms of the rela-tionship.
