Appointment of Chair for the meeting of the Sub-Committee Minutes: The Democratic Services Officer opened the meeting and invited Councillors to appoint a Chair of the Sub-Committee Hearing. It was proposed by Councillor Mike Warren and seconded by Councillor Alan Chantler that Councillor Andrew Kilbride be appointed Chair of the Sub-Committee Hearing.
